What is EF Online?
EF Online is Echelon Front’s online leadership training platform. It consists of: Daily Discipline quick-hitting video content—Leadership Primer, Question of the Day—and weekly Immediate Action Drills; triweekly EF Online Live Zoom webinars with Q&A for direct engagement with Jocko, Leif and the Echelon Front Team; a leadership forum and virtual connections with other leaders in many different industries across the U.S. and dozens of countries around the world, that we call the Brigade; and longer-form video instruction and application exercises known as Foundational Courses that teach the leadership lessons we learned in combat and apply them to business and life.
What kind of direct engagement can I expect with Jocko, Leif, JP, Dave, Mike and the Echelon Front Team?
Join any of the EF Online Live Zoom webinars held multiple times per week to ask your questions directly via Zoom or in Zoom chat and get answers. Additionally, you can ask questions in the Leadership Forum to get insights from other EF Online leaders in the Brigade as well as from Echelon Front instructors.
When are the EF Online Live webinars held?
Currently, EF Online Live sessions are hosted triweekly, Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We plan to add additional weekly EF Online Live sessions with more instructors, like JP Dinnell and Dave Berke, hosting. We also envision EF Online Live sessions for specific industries to address the most relevant leadership topics for a particular industry group based on demand signal.
How often is new EF Online content released?
New Daily Discipline—Leadership Primer and Question of the Day—will be available each work day, Monday through Friday. New weekly content—Leadership Immediate Action Drill (IAD)—will be available each week as of Monday. We put out new content via EF Online Lives tri-weekly, every Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Additionally, we are building more Foundation Courses to expand the library. The new courses will match the topics in each chapter of EXTREME OWNERSHIP and THE DICHOTOMY OF LEADERSHIP to compliment and enhance the lessons shared in the books, increase understanding and aid in application to your world. We plan to release the first of these new Foundation Courses in the next 90 days and thereafter each month.
Can I receive a certificate of completion, and how is that received?
There is a certificate of completion available at the end of the Extreme Ownership module that can be downloaded and printed.
How long does it take to complete each training module?
Our Foundation Courses required 25-60 minutes to complete the full module. Leadership Primer, Question of the Day and Immediate Action Drills are 2 -3 minutes in duration. Tri-weekly EF Online Live webinars with Q&A are 60 minutes in duration.
How many users can log into the account to use the online training?
The cost to Echelon Front is per user, which requires us to charge per user.
Are there discounts available when purchasing multiple seats for my team?
Current EF Online pricing is deeply discounted and does not allow us to offer further discounts on pricing per seat. But we do offer Echelon Front Instructor-led webinar with your team as part of the a package for larger team purchases of 100 seats or more.
Does the team package include the same content that is included in the individual package?
Depending on number of seats purchased, we can add team specific virtual leadership presentations and Q&A with Echelon Front instructors. We are currently building the capacity to customize training modules for specific enterprise clients, which will be available soon at additional pricing.
Can I pay upfront for the entire year?
Yes, you have the option to pre-pay for the entire year if preferred.
